1805 – A Town’s Tale

Synopsis

A fatefull autumn day in 1805. The morning mist hanging heavily over the sprawling field at Duerenstein. Phillipe, a young officer of the Napoleonic troops, is leaving his camp early to warn Mina, his childhood sweatheart, and the other inhabitants of the town of Krems before the planned looting. Alarm bells are struck, the news spread quickly. The townspeople gather to discuss the situation. Is it already too late? As Phillipe finally reaches town in the early evening hours, he finds it already destroit.

Phillipe sets out to find Mina, he refuses to believe her dead…

    Walter Bednarik

    Walter Bednarik was born 1968 in Vienna/Austria. He started 1988 in the filmindustry in the camera department and produced his own movies. In 1988 he continued as assistant director for Feature Movies, TV Movies and TV Serial. Since 2003 Walter Bednarik is working as a director in Berlin/Germany.
