Transient

A Film by Emirhan Eringen

Synopsis

transient’ captures the first three days of a young professional moving from London to Frankfurt for an interim assignment. He represents well-educated, well-paid young professionals constantly on the move, who never settle down, but only have a ‘hub’ city for their journey fueled by ‘perform, achieve’ culture. Settling into a new apartment, meeting a new boss, seeing an old girlfriend, meanwhile getting more and more detached from the previous ‘hub’ (and the relationship stayed there) triggers an emotional glaciation, as he becomes the embodiment of cold corporate architecture of the city.
